Maddie Patrick '21 Joins The 1,000 Point Club
On February 2nd, 2020, Maddie Patrick '21 became the 22nd Chase student to reach 1,000 points. Maddie has been playing on the Chase Varsity Basketball Team since she was in 8th grade and she has become a staple in the starting line-up. Maddie has had a career high of 38 points and 22 rebounds. This year she averages 18 points, 9 rebounds, 3.5 blocks, 3 steals, and 2.5 assists per game. This is an amazing accomplishment and we as a community couldn’t be more proud. “Maddie earned her 1,000 points the old fashion way; hard work and the desire to be the best on the court every day. Congratulations Maddie, it has been my pleasure to coach you for every single one of those points and there are many more to come,” commented Bill Maisto, coach of the Varsity Girls' team.
